MPM's Quality Assurance Department ensures that all parts delivered by MPM Inc. meet customer requirements. Utilizing our LK ALTERA M 30.15.10, and two LK G90C CMM's in addition to our three CMM's we also utilize a FARO Quantum Max FaroArm with rotary table and API Radian R-20 laser tracker, MPM has the capability to inspect a diverse array of parts.
MPM performs First Article Inspections for all production parts per AS9102 Rev B.
Our ISO:9001:2015 + AS9100D approved system is audited by QMI-SAI Global and can be reviewed at anytime on the International Aerospace Quality Group official website.
MPM, Inc. also holds Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) from the FAA
MPM utilizes state of the art metrology instruments to complete First Article Inspections to assure customer satisfaction, and continually improve safe, reliable products that meet or exceed customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Certified for Boeing and Spirit Aerosystems Model Based Definition (MDB) programs with both Catia V5 or higher software packages per D6-51991.
Certified for electrical bond, bearing installation, bushing installation, and fastener installation
Certified for EDM Special Processes with Wire and Sinker EDM.
